The hotel is nothing fancy, but the staff and location make it a great choice. Our room was a good size- one bedroom with small kitchenette, tv in bedroom and living room. We enjoyed walking (8-10mins) to Uchi for an early happy hour dinner. The lady working the breakfast -Ms Tammy- was very helpful and her cheerfulness was a great way to start the day. It's that kind of hospitality that makes the difference.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was comfy, quiet and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lady was awesome, and the waffles were delicious. The hot tub was a bit cold on the first day (maybe because of the rain), and after talking to the front desk about it they turned it up. Would stay here again.

We booked a two-night stay at Hyatt House mainly due to its close proximity to AAC, but we left with a good impression! We had a studio, which was stocked with utensils and cookware, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There was a pullout sleeper and a bathtub, too. Room for 3 people comfortably. We also enjoyed the fact that the garage was connected per level, so we could easily drop-off things. That alone was worth the parking fee. Some of the staff were more helpful/kind than others. But no real problems. Would stay again!

10/10. Stayed here for a quick work trip. The room was so spacious and had everything I needed. The gym facilities were clean and had enough to get a great workout in. The breakfast was actually delicious and included and I ate there all three mornings. And last but definitely not least, Tammy one of the staff members made me stay 100x better. The most friendly kindest person. Best decision this hotel ever made was hiring her!!

The hotel was just lovely! Derrick who checked me in was so beyond kind and helpful and even offered to help us with restaurants in the area if we needed. The bar was lovely and had a great time grabbing a drink after the hockey game. Walking to the arena from the hotel was super easy! The room was incredibly spacious and smelled wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Tammy down in the breakfast area was the sweetest hostess ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a hotel. Absolutely lovely stay and I will definitely come back next time im in Dallas!!!

Stay here for work regularly. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Love the lady who works the breakfast area in the mornings! She is always a ray of sunshine, positive, upbeat, always greets with good morning and have a great day when we leave for work or where ever our day takes us! She is wonderful. Some of the rooms can use some maintenance as I have noticed on each stay. This time around my tv lost cable or whatever service it is and I could not get it to work. Overall I enjoy my stays here!

Hyatt house was amazing!! Breakfast was nice and hot (could be more waffle makers). Rooms were clean and spacious although they COULD use a makeover and retouches. A very friendly staff member was working near the breakfast bar on christmas morning 2025 and she was very sweet and accommodating. Yes, we did stay over the holiday and this was a last minute trip but it was easy to book, surprisingly. Although, keep in mind that we paid nearly $40 for parking which I think is ABSURD!! Overall, nice stay, kind staff, and a overpriced parking spot!
